Appeal is a legal action that can be taken by a Taxpayer or Tax insurer against a decision that can be appealed, based on the applicable tax laws and regulations.

If the client as a Taxpayer does not agree with the objection decision issued by the tax authority, the client can submit an appeal to the Tax Court. In this appeal process, we will assist the client in preparing an appeal letter, making a rebuttal letter, preparing evidence in court to proceeding to the Tax Court.
